How do you like them and what features are the most beneficial compared with previous methods of AV distribution?

We are not using such a system, but developing complete IPTV solutions that can be used both on local area networks and/or on the Internet. The thing with LAN is actual 'cause this is the same solution, e.g., hotels or hospitals require.
